In memory of our youngest and treasured son, bother of Andrew and David, brother in law of Lisa and Uncle to Joanna, Emily, Katie, Connor and Eli-James.
We have put together this page so that all the world can know and see what a wonderful person Christopher was. He was a very warm, kind, generous, friendly and loyal person who loved his family and he loved animals. He had a sly sense of humour his favourite shows being Family Guy, American Dad, The Simpson and Futurama but he had a somewhat shy demeanour. A common pose in photographs would show him with that slight head tilt such as that of Princess Dianna. Sadly he underestimated his worth and when he was betrayed by the one he loved the most it was this lack of confidence and self worth which led him to such an untimely demise.
If any good can come from loosing our son it would have to be that we now realise and implore others to realise that we must never ever let the people we love and care for forget how important they are and what a difference they make in ours and other peoples lives.
We have had some wonderful stories told to us of Christophers kindness, compassion and friendly manner from many sources - the residents of the caravan park where he lived, his school friends and teachers and of course those who knew him as he grew up in the dog show community. We are so proud and grateful to have had such a wonderful person in our lives even though his time with us was so short. We take this opportunity to thank those who have offered their best wishes to us as these stories and sentiments have, and are helping us through a very difficult time.
Missed by all who knew him.
Not good bye but just Adieu
On Sunday September 21st our son Andrew and his wife Lisa ran the 6km stretch of the CITY TO BAY FUN RUN to raise money for LIFELINE in memory of Christopher. We are proud of their efforts as we know Christopher would have been. Depression is a silent killer. Please consider donating to Lifeline and help to stop someone else and their family from suffering at the loss of a loved one as we do every day.
